Voip Unlimited engineers have received reports of slow speeds and packetloss to services from outside of the VU network.
The issue appears to be when transiting over one of our peers Linx Lon 1.
Our networking team are investigating and will update shortly.
VoIP Unlimited engineers have been working with Linx support and have bled traffic away from LON1 in a non service affecting manner whilst Linx continue to investigate.
Customers should now have seen normal service resume.
